I needed a ride back from town with 3 bags & a full backpack, the eta was 35 mins. that was a long time, but I decided to wait. when it got down to 5 mins, it went up to 8 then up to 14. when it got back down to 8 mins again it went right back up to 15. I waited an hour. it never got below 8 mins. there was no way to tell if I was ever going to get picked up. so I wasted an hour of my short vacation in the sun w/ heavy bags & then wound up needing to call & pay for uber anyway
